Lucky me!
Inspired by an absolutely delicious and beautifully displayed meal we ate at the brand new
Fusion Restaurant in Nelson last Friday, Jim made this lunch for me today:
If you're ever visiting Nelson, we both highly recommend having dinner at Fusion Restaurant at 301 Baker Street (formerly the Rice Bowl). Our meal was one of the best we've ever had.

I agree, food and service was wonderfull , although what we ordered was a little more substantial than your photo ; left full and happy . ( Prawns "wild" were especially delicious)
